Alyssa Lee Lewis will begin shooting on the upcoming non musical movie version of the hit Broadway Play Spring Awakening. The film is based on the controversial German play which was banned for many years. Alyssa was cast as Ilse the multi-faceted Bohemian. The film is being directed by Kurt Leitner and is being produced by Christopher Bruce and Jesse Heninger along with Leitner. Check back for details on release dates.
