On October 27th, singer/songwriter John McManus along with special guests from Realize Records and The Premier Centre for the Arts will celebrate the release of his new CD “613” at the performing arts center in Middletown, Delaware. The event is scheduled from 8:00-10:00PM. Tickets are on sale now at Premier Centre for the Arts website. Proceeds from the event will go to benefit the Trevor Project.
The Trevor Project’s vision is to see a future where the possibilities, opportunities and dreams are the same for all youth, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. McManus states, “I want to raise money for the Trevor Project because they are the national leader in crisis intervention and suicide prevention for LBGT teenagers. They are helping struggling teens and saving lives and I feel this is a very important organization.”
McManus will perform a selection of songs from the new CD “613” at the event. Special guest performers that evening will include “613” producer, singer/songwriter Paul Lewis, comedian/singer Missy Grynkiewicz and Triple Threat. Triple Threat is group of young musicians who have developed a unique and exciting interpretation of pop music in the style of Glee. Along with the entertainment, the event will feature a wine and beer cash bar as well as catered food and a silent auction.
